Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Executive located in Bharuch, India. The Production Executive will oversee day-to-day production operations, develop and execute production plans, manage production processes, and ensure quality control measures are met. The role involves monitoring workflow, coordinating with teams to meet deadlines, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Production Planning and Production Management
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate across teams effectively
- Knowledge of Quality Control processes and standards
- Understanding of Food Technology or production techniques (if relevant, based on candidate's specialization)
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle pressure in a production environment
- Relevant educational background such as a degree in engineering, production, or a related field
