Hiring: Production Executive – Chemical Industry
Location: Roha, Raigad
Qualification:
M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry) / B.E. (Chemical) / B.Tech. (Chemical)
Experience:
🔹 3–7 years in chemical production, including handling flammable chemicals
🔹 Preference for candidates with Emulsion Polymerisation and Exothermic Reaction exposure
Age: Around 25–30 years

✔ Man management
✔ Safety, quality & cost consciousness
Responsibilities:
🔹 Achieve production targets as per quality norms during the shift
🔹 Execute plant operations and processes efficiently
🔹 Coordinate with shift in-charge and other departments (Maintenance, QC, Logistics, Utilities) for smooth operations
🔹 Assist plant management in preventive/breakdown maintenance
🔹 Issue work permits and prioritize tasks with plant manager and engineer
🔹 Maintain accurate shift-wise documentation of process parameters
🔹 Ensure housekeeping and compliance with SHE & legal safety guidelines
🔹 Organize manpower, distribute work, and maintain discipline
🔹 Minimize waste of manpower, material, and utilities
🔹 Handle critical chemical reactions and conduct IPC testing during shifts
