Production Executive – Food Manufacturing

About Us
Agni Products is expanding its manufacturing operations with the launch of TROPIVA, our premium culinary brand offering Tomato Ketchup, Sauces, Mayonnaise, Chutneys, Fruit Jam, Chocolate Syrup, Fruit Crush, and other innovative food products. We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Production Executive to join our growing manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with optimum efficiency.
- Monitor manpower utilization and machine performance.
- Maintain product quality as per FSSAI, GMP, GHP, and HACCP guidelines.
- Ensure proper batch manufacturing records (BMR) and production documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor raw material usage, wastage, and production yield.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards throughout the production area.
- Support new product trials and commercial production of TROPIVA products.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Food Technology, Food Processing, Dairy Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG production environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, SOPs, and production documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
- Experience in sauces, ketchup, mayonnaise, jams, fruit crush, or beverage manufacturing will be preferred.
