Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vapi for a Production Engineering Manager. The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing production processes to ensure efficient manufacturing operations. The Production Engineering Manager will lead engineering teams, manage projects and programs, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and ensure product quality. The role also involves collaboration with other departments to optimize processes and achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering to oversee the end-to-end production processes.
- Expertise in Engineering Management to lead teams and manage technical operations effectively.
- Skills in Project Management and Program Management to plan, execute, and oversee projects and initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and improve production efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline is required; a master's degree or additional certifications is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in the manufacturing or machinery industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is an advantage.
