Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily production plan as per customer schedule
- Monitor injection moulding and assembly line activities
- Ensure production, quality, and dispatch targets are met
- Reduce rejection, rework, and downtime losses
- Handle manpower planning and line balancing
- Improve machine utilization and OEE
- Implement Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and Poka-Yoke
- Coordinate with maintenance, tool room, and quality teams
- Monitor SOP and safety compliance
- Support new mould trials and process validation
- Prepare daily production MIS, rejection, and shift reports
