Production Engineer – Production Planning & Third-Party Inspections

About the Role
Supremex Equipments is looking for an experienced Production Engineer to manage production planning,
shop-floor execution and third-party inspection clearance at our manufacturing facility in Boisar.
IMPORTANT: Candidates must have previous hands-on experience coordinating and successfully
clearing third-party inspections.
This is a hands-on manufacturing role for someone who can take ownership from
production planning → execution → inspection readiness → third-party inspection → clearance → dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan daily and weekly production based on orders and delivery schedules.
* Coordinate manpower, materials, machines and production activities.
* Monitor shop-floor production and ensure timely completion of jobs.
* Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality and Dispatch teams.
* Ensure manufacturing is carried out as per drawings, BOMs, specifications and QAPs.
* Prepare production lots for inspection.
* Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and customers.
* Arrange inspection schedules and ensure complete inspection readiness.
* Ensure availability of drawings, material certificates, test reports, calibration certificates, QAPs and other required documents.
* Coordinate inspectors during visual, dimensional, pressure, functional and other applicable tests.
* Handle inspection observations and ensure timely closure of NCRs/comments.
* Maintain production and inspection records.
* Monitor rejection, rework and production delays.
* Ensure quality and safety requirements are followed on the shop floor.
Third-Party Inspection Experience – Mandatory
The candidate should have prior experience dealing with third-party inspection agencies and getting manufactured products cleared for dispatch.
Experience with agencies such as:
TUV | SGS | Bureau Veritas | Intertek | Lloyd’s | DNV | EIL | IRS | RITES
or similar agencies will be an advantage.
Experience with customer inspections, consultant inspections, PSU/government inspections or
project-based inspections will also be preferred.

Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production Engineering
Diploma candidates with strong relevant production and inspection experience may also be considered.

* Comfortable working at our Boisar manufacturing facility
Key Requirement
Third-party inspection experience is mandatory.
Candidates whose experience is limited only to routine production supervision, without exposure to third-party
inspection and clearance, may not be suitable for this position.
Salary
₹_____ – ₹_____ LPA, depending on experience and capability.
