Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role located in Ahmedabad. The Production Engineer will be responsible for managing production processes, implementing production plans, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and optimizing resources for operational efficiency. The role involves troubleshooting, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining seamless production workflows to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Production Engineering, including knowledge of manufacturing processes and resource optimization.
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, process evaluation, and decision-making.
- Experience in Production Planning and scheduling to meet project timelines and ensure smooth operations.
- Proficiency in Quality Control practices to ensure high standards in output and adherence to safety norms.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or process engineering industry is preferred.
