Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer located in Pune Division. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing production processes, planning and optimizing workflows, ensuring quality control, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and adherence to production schedules. The engineer will also be tasked with problem-solving and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and output.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Engineering and Production Planning
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve processes
- Experience in implementing effective Quality Control measures and improving standards
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities
- Educational background in Engineering or a related technical field
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is preferred
- Knowledge of industry-specific tools and software is a plus
