TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES:

Controls & Systems

• Take pictures for each sequence of the teardown, each parts inside, 45° for exploded view...
• Use photoshop to create arrow on teardown pictures (to show the different fastener) and create the exploded view
• Analyze each mechanical part (weight, dimension, material...)
• Analyze each PCB Assembly (weight, dimension, manufacturer...)
• Analyze each connector on PCB (dimension, type, number of pins...)
• Create the "Pin Number" picture
  
  

KEY MEASURES & INDICATORS (main KPIs used in the role)

• Number of parts per day
• Quality ratio
  
  

Requirements

PROFILE REQUIRED:

Professional Background

• Level of studies:
• Bachelors in Electrical & Electronics/Electronics and Communication engineering.
• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics
• Software skills:
• MS Office, MS Excel and Photoshop
