Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Engineer based in Visakhapatnam. The Production Engineer will execute daily production activities as per production plan, ensure efficient production planning, and maintain quality control standards. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting production issues, optimizing operations, and collaborating with teams to implement improvements. The role demands strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders. The Production Engineer will also ensure adherence to ISO 13485 procedures, work instructions, manufacturing documentation, identify process deviations, and support CAPA implementation.
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in MRI/CT manufacturing
- Skilled in Production Engineering and Production Planning
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess and improve processes
- Knowledge and application of Quality Control procedures
- Excellent Communication skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in analyzing and resolving technical production challenges
- Willingness to learn, positive attitude, and belief in teamwork
- Ownership mindset, discipline, and accountability
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Visakhapatnam
