Role Description The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities on-site at the Haveli facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely manufacturing operations. This full-time role includes planning and monitoring production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing processes to meet output and quality targets. The Production Engineer will troubleshoot production issues, implement corrective actions, and support preventive maintenance efforts to minimize downtime. The role also involves maintaining documentation, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards on the shop floor.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering skills, including knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial equipment.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills and Production Planning capabilities for scheduling, resource allocation, and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to monitor product standards, perform inspections, and support corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with operators, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably involving tanks, conveyors, fans, or similar equipment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, engineering drawings, and basic CAD or ERP tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Haveli, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
