Job Description
SS Flexhose (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and skilled Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality output in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute daily production activities
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain and improve production efficiency and productivity
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues
- Coordinate with design, purchase, and quality teams
- Maintain production records and reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing
Key Skills
- Production Planning & Control (PPC)
- Knowledge of Manufacturing & Fabrication Processes
- Quality Control & Inspection
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and team coordination
Qualifications
- B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Related Field
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing/production
- Familiarity with industrial products (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
CTC: ₹2.5 – ₹3.5 LPA
