Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based in Rajkot. The Production Engineer will oversee daily manufacturing operations for composite products, ensuring adherence to production plans, technical specifications, and safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing production processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and addressing technical issues to minimize downtime. The role involves implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and preparing production reports and documentation. The Production Engineer will also assist in resource planning, training shop-floor personnel on processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering skills, including knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and composite materials.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to troubleshoot production issues, interpret data, and support process optimization.
- Candidates should possess experience in Production Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, with familiarity in inspection methods, quality standards, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams, report findings, and provide clear instructions.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in composite manufacturing, FRP/GRP products, or heavy industrial environments is an advantage.
- Understanding of safety practices, lean manufacturing, and basic ERP or production management software is beneficial.
