Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Engineer located in Jalandhar. The Production Engineer will oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and quality at every step. Responsibilities include production planning, monitoring performance, streamlining operations, and coordinating with teams to meet production targets. The role demands effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards and ensure optimal workflow.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Production Engineering and Production Planning
- Proficiency in Quality Control methodologies to maintain and improve product standards
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data analysis
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in manufacturing or production processes is advantageous
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and process optimization is a plus
