📌 Production Role Requirements:
✔ Hands-on experience in Aluminium Alloy Manufacturing
✔ Experience in Skelner / Rotary Furnace operations
✔ Knowledge of alloying additions & melting practices
✔ Basic understanding of quality systems and process control
✔ Ability to independently manage production activities
📌 Project Head – Master Alloy:
✔ Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience
✔ Strong exposure to Master Alloy manufacturing
✔ Experience in handling shifts, manpower & operations
✔ Leadership mindset with strong process knowledge
