Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role located in Gurugram. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring quality control standards, and participating in production planning. Other responsibilities include analyzing workflows, solving operational challenges, and optimizing the efficiency of manufacturing processes. Collaboration with teams across departments and effective communication are critical parts of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Production Engineering, including hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and systems
- Proven Analytical Skills to assess and optimize production performance
- Experience in Production Planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Familiarity with Quality Control best practices and protocols
- Excellent Communication skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to work in a team-focused, fast-paced on-site environment
- Prior experience in a production or quality assurance role is a strong advantage
