Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Engineer for a full-time, on-site role at our facility in Lodhika. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficient production planning, and maintaining quality control standards. Additionally, this role will involve analyzing production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and effectively communicating with team members to optimize operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Engineering and Production Planning
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and enhance production processes
- Experience in implementing and managing Quality Control measures
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar manufacturing or production role is a plus
