Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Production Engineer at Parko Abrasives, based in Faridabad. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing production operations, planning workflows, and ensuring efficiency in manufacturing processes. The role includes monitoring quality control standards, identifying and acting on areas for improvement, and collaborating with teams to achieve production objectives within established timelines and budgets.
Key responsibilities
- Strong Production Engineering and Production Planning skills to optimize manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Knowledge and expertise in sheet metal operations, assembly line processes, and drawing reading.
- Prepare production reports, shift handovers, and data entries in Excel.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and store teams for smooth operations.
- Experience in hardware or manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Good Communication skills to collaborate with teams and coordinate across departments.
- Hands-on experience with Power Press Machines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in the hardware or manufacturing industry is a plus.
