Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer based in Faridabad. The Production Engineer will oversee production processes, ensure operational efficiency, and manage production planning. Responsibilities include monitoring quality control, problem-solving production issues, optimizing manufacturing workflows, and collaborating across teams to meet performance and delivery goals.
Position: Production Engineer
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Required Skills:
• Knowledge of engineering drawings
• Production planning & manpower management
• Experience in FRP Hand Layup process
• Knowledge of VARTM process
• Manufacturing experience in railway parts will be preferred
Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise production activities
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved
• Handle manpower planning and shop floor coordination
• Interpret technical drawings and implement manufacturing processes efficiently
