Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Aligarh for a Production Engineer. The Production Engineer will oversee production processes, ensure quality control standards are met, and optimize production planning for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities include analyzing production data, troubleshooting issues, implementing improvements, and coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless operations. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and maintaining consistently high standards of manufacturing excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Engineering and Production Planning
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating production processes and improving efficiency
- Experience in Quality Control to ensure products meet set standards
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with teams and report findings effectively
- Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering
- Familiarity with manufacturing technologies and processes is a plus
