Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Engineer based in Nagpur. The Production Engineer will oversee and optimize production processes, develop production plans, ensure adherence to quality control standards, and implement strategies to improve efficiency. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing analytical skills to address production challenges and achieve operational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Production Engineering principles and practices
- Proven experience in Production Planning and Quality Control
- Excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to solve complex problems
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering
- Familiarity with manufacturing technologies and process optimization is an advantage
- Prior experience in the steel or energy sector is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site industrial environment
