Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Production Engineer. The Production Engineer will be responsible for managing production processes, conducting production planning, implementing quality control measures, and improving operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing production data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting production issues, and driving process optimizations to enhance overall performance and delivery.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Production Engineering and Production Planning
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Familiarity with Quality Control processes and standards
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency in production management tools and software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
