We are expanding our manufacturing operations and hiring 5 Production Engineers to strengthen our shop floor execution and scale production capacity. The role involves planning, execution, quality control, and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute daily/weekly production schedules
- Ensure on-time manufacturing of asphalt plants and components
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and stores teams
- Monitor fabrication, machining, and assembly processes
- Implement and maintain quality standards across production
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks
- Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and productivity
- Maintain production reports, MIS, and documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and SOPs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (cost, time, efficiency)
Qualifications & Skills- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 4–5 years of experience in manufacturing/production
- Experience in heavy fabrication / equipment manufacturing preferred
- Strong understanding of:
- Fabrication processes
- Welding practices
- Assembly operations
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Good problem-solving and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Basic ERP systems
