Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Engineer based in Bhadgaon. The Production Engineer will manage daily production activities, ensure the efficient use of materials and manpower, oversee quality control processes, troubleshoot operational issues, and plan for production schedules. The role will also involve collaboration with various teams to optimize workflows and deliver high-quality outputs.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Production Engineering and Production Planning
- Proficiency in Quality Control processes and standards
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Effective Communication and Team Collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to on-site work environments and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high manufacturing standards
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or machinery industry is an advantage
