Job Description
- Role: DM – Production Engineer Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 4–6 Years
- Qualification:Diploma/B.E/B.Tech
Job Responsibilities
- Managed and supervised an assembly line for electrical products, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Led and coordinated a team of 50–60 operators, maintaining productivity and discipline on the shop floor.
- Applied knowledge of safety standards and manufacturing practices such as 5S, DWM (Daily Work Management), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean, Kaizen, and QCC (Quality Control Circles).
- Identified and resolved technical bottlenecks in production processes to support ramp-up and continuous flow.
- Maintained accurate and timely documentation for DWM activities and production records.
- Ensured strict adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and process layouts (PL), with regular monitoring and updates.
- Improved productivity by eliminating non-value-added (NVA) activities and implementing Kaizen initiatives.
- Managed material flow effectively, reducing rejection rates and minimizing waste.
