Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based in Nashik. The Production Engineer will oversee the planning and execution of manufacturing processes, ensure product quality control, and contribute to improving operational efficiency. Daily responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, monitoring workflow, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing process improvements. Collaboration across teams and adherence to safety and quality standards are critical.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Production Engineering and Production Planning
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and problem-solving techniques
- Experience in Quality Control and adherence to quality standards
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with various teams
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Ability to work on-site in Nashik and manage production-related activities effectively
- Experience with manufacturing technologies or Lean methodologies is a plus
