Role Description
- Assemble and test IoT devices, sensor systems, and control panels
- Handle wiring, PCB assembly, and enclosure integration (IP-rated systems)
- Integrate sensors (level, flow, pressure, weather, etc.) with gateways
- Support Microcontroller interfacing & communication protocols (RS485, Modbus, 4–20 mA)
- Execute production planning and ensure smooth assembly operations
- Perform functional testing, calibration, and quality checks
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and implement root cause fixes
- Work with R&D for prototyping and new product development (NPD)
- Maintain documentation: BOMs, test reports, assembly SOPs
- Ensure on-time production with a zero-defect mindset
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / BE in ECE, EEE, Mechatronics, or related field
- 1-2 Years of Hands-on experience in electronics assembly or IoT hardware
- Basic knowledge of sensors, and industrial communication
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
