Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Engineer located in Pune Division. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and optimizing production efficiency. Responsibilities include production planning, troubleshooting, implementing process improvements, managing quality control operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Production Engineering and Production Planning
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- Expertise in Quality Control processes and techniques
- Exceptional Communication skills for collaboration across teams
- Experience in working within manufacturing or machinery domains is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Knowledge of modern manufacturing and engineering tools is a plus
