Job Description
At Dehu Engineering (India) Private Limited, we are seeking a motivated Production Engineer to join our boiler parts manufacturing team, where you will play a key role in overseeing shop floor operations, optimizing production processes, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety; this role is ideal for engineering graduates eager to apply their knowledge of industrial machinery, machining, welding, and assembly while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, troubleshoot equipment issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Location : Pune, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with design and maintenance teams for smooth workflow and machinery upkeep.
- Implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity.
- Supervise shop floor activities including assembly, machining, and fabrication of boiler parts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare production reports and maintain documentation for audits and quality checks.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and support preventive maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
- 0–2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial machinery
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Basic understanding of boilers, pressure vessels, or heavy industrial equipment preferred
Salary : INR 15,000 - INR 25,000
