Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer based in Pune Division. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring efficient workflow, and optimizing resources. The role involves implementing production plans, maintaining quality control, troubleshooting issues, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Engineering and Production Planning to manage and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess production processes, identify areas for improvement, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience in Quality Control to ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain product excellence.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and communicate insights and updates clearly.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, on-site manufacturing setting and adapt to challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems and safety regulations is a plus.
- Prior experience in production engineering roles, particularly in the manufacturing sector.
