Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Engineer, located in Kolhapur. The Production Engineer will oversee and manage production operations, including production planning, maintaining quality control standards, and analyzing workflow processes for efficiency. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless execution of production schedules.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Production Engineering and Production Planning
- Strong Analytical Skills for process optimization and problem-solving
- Experience in Quality Control to ensure reliability and compliance with standards
- Excellent Communication skills for team coordination and reporting
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in manufacturing or engineering industries is desirable
