🚀 We’re Hiring: Production Engineer – Chemical Manufacturing Plant– (Walk-in Drive)

📍 Venue: Pon Pure Chemicals Group – Specialty Office, Shenoy Nagar, Chennai
💼 Experience: 1–5 Years
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
💰 Salary: ₹2.5–5 LPA
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor daily production activities across plant operations
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Handle batch processes, chemical reactions, and process parameters control
- Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and shift records
- Optimize yield, cycle time, and process efficiency
- Coordinate with Maintenance, QA/QC, EHS, and R&D teams
- Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensure compliance with statutory, TNPCB, and environmental regulations
- Support internal/external audits and inspections
⚙️ Required Skills
- Knowledge of chemical plant operations and batch processing
- Basic understanding of PFD, P&ID, mass & heat balance
- Familiarity with equipment like Reactors, ANF, Centrifuge, Dryers, Pumps
- Awareness of Process Safety Management (PSM) practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in shift operations
🌟 Preferred
- Experience in Specialty Chemicals / Pharma / Petrochemical Industry / Fine Chemicals manufacturing
