About the Role
We are looking for a highly versatile Production Engineer with hands-on experience across multiple Additive Manufacturing technologies and Vacuum Casting processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production, ensuring quality, and optimizing manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production across AM technologies (FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF, DLP) and Vacuum Casting
- Plan and execute builds, including orientation, nesting, and machine utilization
- Oversee silicone mold making and batch production in Vacuum Casting
- Ensure quality standards, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish
- Handle post-processing operations: curing, cleaning, sanding, painting
- Coordinate with design, sales, and client teams for smooth project execution
- Perform machine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Train and supervise operators and technicians
- Drive process improvements to reduce lead time and cost
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in Additive Manufacturing / Rapid Manufacturing
- Strong hands-on experience in multiple AM technologies
- Solid expertise in Vacuum Casting (Silicone molds & PU resins)
- Good understanding of materials (PA12, resins, flexible materials, etc.)
- Experience in production planning and quality control
- Basic knowledge of CAD tools Fusion 360 or similar
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering
- Knowledge of DFAM (Design for Additive Manufacturing)
- Experience with ERP or production tracking systems
