Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for the Production Department in Hetero's Hyderabad location. The role includes responsibilities such as production planning, overseeing production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing teams, and conducting training sessions. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency and uphold high production and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Production Planning and Production Management to oversee and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Strong skills in Quality Control to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient Communication abilities to effectively collaborate with teams and convey instructions clearly.
- Experience in Training personnel to ensure adherence to protocols and operational excellence.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant educational qualifications in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or related fields.
