Role Description
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our global team. This is a fully remote role, and the successful candidate can be located anywhere globally, provided you have the flexibility to overlap and effectively communicate with stakeholders in our key time zones (UK, Europe, and United States/Canada) and communicate with our head office in Sydney, Australia.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between order placement, overseas manufacturing accross Indonesia, China and Turkey and final customer delivery. You will be responsible for assisting with the post-production phase of custom sock and golf apparel orders, ensuring timelines are met, and delivering exceptional service directly to our clients across our international markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Production Planning & Management: Oversee, manage, and optimize daily production workflows and timelines to ensure efficient, on-time operations.
• Supplier Coordination: Communicate with and manage overseas suppliers and vendors, monitoring project progress and ensuring strict quality and brand alignment.
• Customer Service & Success: Act as a main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on order status, tracking shipments, and answering inquiries with a helpful, professional tone.
• Workflow Optimization: Monitor deadlines closely to guarantee our 7–10 day global delivery promise is consistently met.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate internally with design and sales teams across our global regions to ensure client specifications are seamlessly transitioned into production.

Qualifications
• Time Zone Flexibility: Ability to work a schedule that aligns with and services clients and teams based in the UK, Europe, and North America.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for seamless collaboration with international teams, overseas vendors, and corporate clients.
• Production & Supply Chain Savvy: Proven expertise in production planning, project management, or supply chain logistics.
• Organisation Powerhouse: Sound organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple custom orders simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
• Remote Independence: High level of self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a 100% remote setting.
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable utilising modern project management tools and software to track workflows.
• HubSpot Experience: Previous experience using HubSpot (or a similar CRM) for managing customer communications and order tracking is highly welcomed.
