Are you someone who loves working behind the scenes and turning creative ideas into reality?
We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team and support event décor production and on-ground execution.
What you’ll do:• Coordinate with fabrication & décor teams
• Prepare material lists, loading sheets, and inventories
• Manage workshop operations and timelines
• Oversee quality checks for props & setups
• Handle dispatch, logistics, and event venue setups
• Work closely with our event management team
What we’re looking for:• Experience in production/fabrication/event décor (preferred)
• Strong coordination & communication skills
• Ability to manage physical, on-ground tasks
• Problem-solving mindset & attention to detail
• Flexible to work late hours and travel for events
