🚀 Hiring: Production Planning Specialist (Semiconductor Fab)
We are looking for skilled professionals with strong experience in Production Planning, WIP Control, and Scheduling within semiconductor or high-mix manufacturing environments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Own order commitment (ATP/CTP) and ensure accurate delivery timelines
- Drive daily wafer start planning across products and technology nodes
- Manage fab WIP (status, ageing, bottlenecks, special lots) and lot handling requests (hold/release/split/merge/expedite)
- Monitor and improve cycle time, loading adherence, and output performance
- Prepare weekly & monthly production projections and track key planning assumptions (capacity, bottlenecks, tool availability, product mix)
- Work on MES/ERP systems for order management, WIP tracking, and planning execution
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and customer operations teams to ensure smooth execution and recovery planning
🔹 Requirements:
- 5–12 years of experience in semiconductor fabs, display fabs, or complex manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of wafer start scheduling, WIP control, dispatching, and bottleneck management
- Hands-on experience with MES, ERP, MRP/MPS systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel/SQL/Python preferred)
- Ability to translate fab data & constraints into executable plans
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics/Mechanical/Industrial/Production, etc.)
