Esoteric Mineral Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a Production Chemist / Production Associate for its pearl pigment manufacturing and R&D operations at Doddballapura, Karnataka.
Job Role
The candidate will support production operations, chemical handling, process monitoring, reactor operations, and basic R&D-related activities in the specialty chemicals and pearl pigment manufacturing sector.
Preferred Qualification
- B.Sc. Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- B.Tech Chemical Engineering (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience Required
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Pharma manufacturing
- Chemical production
- Specialty chemicals
- R&D laboratory operations
- Pilot plant operations
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling chemicals safely
- Knowledge of GLR (Glass Lined Reactor) operations
- Experience with batch processing and reactor-based production
- Understanding of SOPs, chemical safety, and process discipline
- Basic knowledge of QC/R&D support activities
- Ability to maintain batch records and production logs
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor chemical production processes
- Handle raw materials, acids, solvents, and specialty chemicals
- Assist in GLR/reactor charging, filtration, drying, and process control
- Support scale-up trials and new product development activities
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in production area
- Coordinate with R&D and QC teams during trials and optimization
- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain production documentation and inventory records
