Responsibilities and duties

• Manufacturing of Intermediates and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients
• Operation and cleaning of equipment
• Execution of batches and cleaning as per Batch Manufacturing Record.
• Calibration of weighing scales and other measuring devices
• Maintaining equipment logs for all equipment
• Performing process validation
• In process sampling
• Investigation of process related deviations.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• 0-15 years experience in the production department of a pharmaceutical company
• M.Sc. /B.Sc. (Chemistry), M.Tech/B.Tech (Chemical Engineering)
• Experience in manufacturing APIs or intermediates
• Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills to document procedures, draft reports, and collaborate effectively with team members.
