Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Chemist located in Ahmedabad. The Production Chemist will oversee the execution of manufacturing processes in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Responsibilities include monitoring production activities, ensuring quality control standards, and actively participating in research and development (R&D) initiatives. The candidate will also ensure adherence to laboratory safety protocols and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including the use of modern equipment and adherence to safety standards
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate manufacturing processes and ensure product quality
- Experience in Quality Control and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Research and Development (R&D) for formulation and product development
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes specific to oral and personal care products is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
