Mode Retail Sales & Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified Technical Person for supervising cosmetics manufacturing operations in compliance with Cosmetics Rules, 2020 and GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise manufacturing operations and ensure compliance with GMP guidelines
• Maintain batch manufacturing records, SOPs, and quality documentation
• Ensure compliance with Cosmetics Rules, 2020 and SLA requirements
• Remain physically present during inspections conducted by State Licensing Authority (SLA)
• Review and sign product release documents and compliance declarations
• Coordinate with production, quality, and regulatory teams for smooth operations
• Ensure proper implementation of quality and safety procedures at manufacturing unit
Required Qualifications:
• Diploma in Pharmacy approved by Pharmacy Council of India under Pharmacy Act, 1948
OR
• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or allied sciences recognised by the State Licensing Authority
Preferred Requirements:
• Registered Pharmacist with State Pharmacy Council preferred
• Experience in cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or manufacturing industry preferred
• Knowledge of GMP compliance, documentation, and regulatory standards
• Strong understanding of manufacturing supervision and quality systems
