Role Description The Production / Bottling Manager will oversee end-to-end honey production and primarily bottling operations at Brij Honey’s facility in Bharatpur. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for planning daily production schedules, coordinating raw honey intake, supervising filtration, processing, and bottling activities, and ensuring adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards. The role involves managing production staff, monitoring equipment performance, reducing wastage, and maintaining accurate records of batches, inventory, and output. The manager will work closely with GM Production and quality assurance team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal specifications, implementing corrective actions as needed. The position also includes continuous improvement of processes, supporting audits, and contributing to operational efficiency and cost-effective scaling of production.
Qualifications
- Experience in Honey industry is must.
- Strong knowledge of bottling and packaging operations, including line setup, throughput optimization, and equipment maintenance coordination.
- Understanding of food safety, HACCP, and Honey quality assurance standards, with the ability to enforce hygiene and compliance protocols on the shop floor.
- Skills in production planning, inventory control, and batch documentation to ensure traceability and consistent output.
- Proven people management abilities, including supervising shift teams, training staff, and promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process issues, minimize downtime, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Diploma or degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute formal education in exceptional cases.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bharatpur and manage hands-on operations in a manufacturing environment.
