Role Description:
The Production Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves supporting daily production activities, aka all the key details that go into making a photoshoot come to life. This means coordinating production schedules and assisting in the smooth execution of projects primarily in the pre-production phase. Typical responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with our clients to understand their vision for their photoshoot
- Creating moodboards for our photoshoots based on the client's wishlist
- Working as a liaison between set design vendors and clients
- Putting the set together on the day of the shoot
- Assisting during the shoot
The Production Associate will also help with basic machine operation, maintain organized workspaces, and follow quality procedures. Collaboration with other team members and effective communication are essential to ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Production Assistance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance between creative and standardized procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru (6-day work week)
- Prior experience in a production, studio, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
