Production Associate — Field Deployment Legend of Toys | Production Division
We are looking for a motivated entry-level candidate to join our production team in a field deployment role based at one of our extended production facilities in Bangalore.
The associate will work on the floor as part of LOT's quality and production oversight function — monitoring assembly operations, conducting in-process and final quality checks, and maintaining daily production data. They will coordinate closely with the LOT Production Manager and serve as the on-ground point of contact ensuring our standards are met at the facility.
What you'll do: Oversee assembly processes and ensure adherence to LOT's SOPs, conduct quality inspections and maintain rejection logs, track material movement and inventory, and submit structured daily reports to LOT's Production Manager.
Who we're looking for: ITI / Diploma holder with 0–2 years of experience, comfortable working independently at a production facility, with basic familiarity with assembly processes and data entry.
