Hale Health India is a premium Ayurvedic functional beverage brand based in Gurugram, building India's first product line specifically designed to help urban professionals defend against pollution-related health damage. We combine traditional Ayurvedic ingredients with modern nutritional science to create beverages that target specific urban health concerns like lung health, skin repair, gut wellness, and immunity. Our products are made fresh by an all-women production team, contain zero added sugar or artificial preservatives, and are sold through Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Zepto, WhatsApp orders, and subscriptions. We are an early-stage startup with a small, tight-knit team where every person's contribution directly shapes the brand.
Role: Production & Operations Associate
Full-time | On-site, Gurugram | Immediate joining
This is not a typical assembly line role. You will be one of the first hires at a growing food brand, splitting your time between hands-on beverage production and day-to-day business operations.
What you will actually do:
Production (roughly 60% of your time)
- Prepare functional beverages following standardized recipes, including measuring, blending, bottling, and labeling
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage raw material inventory: track stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, flag reorder needs
- Help with recipe standardization and batch consistency as we scale
Operations (roughly 40% of your time)
- Process and coordinate orders coming through Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Zepto, and WhatsApp
- Handle packaging and dispatch logistics, including coordinating with delivery partners
- Track daily order volumes, revenue, and basic operational metrics
- Assist with vendor communication, procurement runs, and general admin tasks
Who this role is right for:
- Someone who has worked in a kitchen, catering setup, cloud kitchen, tiffin service, or small food business and understands food handling and hygiene at a practical level
- Comfortable with a mix of physical kitchen work and desk/phone-based coordination
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple things without constant supervision
- Familiar with how food delivery platforms work (even as a user is fine, but operational experience is a plus)
- Good with numbers at a basic level: tracking quantities, costs, and order counts
- Fluent in Hindi; conversational English is helpful but not mandatory
- Willing to learn and grow with an early-stage company where roles evolve quickly
Good to have (not required):
- Experience working in a startup or small business where you wore many hats
- Basic familiarity with Google Sheets or any inventory/order tracking tools
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic ingredients or interest in health and wellness
