Job Description: Production Associate
Location: Madhyamgram, West Bengal

About the Role
Blue Tea India is looking for a detail-oriented Production Associate with 2–3 years of experience in production planning and operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in production forecasting, inventory management, team coordination, and ERP-based production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production planning and scheduling to meet business requirements.
- Prepare production forecasts based on demand and inventory levels.
- Monitor production activities and ensure timely execution of plans.
- Manage raw material and finished goods inventory to prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and quality teams for smooth production operations.
- Handle and supervise blue-collar workforce, ensuring productivity and discipline on the production floor.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation using ERP and Excel.
- Track production KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years in Production, Manufacturing, or FMCG operations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

- Experience managing blue-collar workforce.
