Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our creative and production team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual direction, experience in coordinating shoots, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and executing photo and video shoots for digital marketing campaigns
- Support visual direction by understanding creative briefs and helping bring concepts to life
- Conduct creator scouting (models, influencers, photographers, videographers, etc.) as per project needs
- Handle logistics coordination including locations, travel, equipment, props, and scheduling
- Coordinate with project managers, creative teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Be actively involved in on-ground shoot management
- Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders before, during, and after shoots
- Manage post-shoot follow-ups and production documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications- 1–2 years of relevant experience in production, media, or a digital marketing agency (flexible for strong candidates)
- Understanding of visual aesthetics and content creation
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Additional Requirements- Flexibility to travel and work across different shoot locations
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends depending on shoot schedules
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with influencer/creator management
- Familiarity with production workflows and set operations
- Basic knowledge of project management tools or creative software
