Role Description:
The Production Assistant will support day-to-day manufacturing operations and assist in ensuring smooth production flow as per planned schedules and project management. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a structured manufacturing environment.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes
• Assisting in day-to-day production activities and follow-ups
• Updating production status in the ERP module
• Supporting production planning and ensuring production control
• Following work instructions, drawings, and standard operating procedures
• Ensuring quality checks as per process requirements
• Maintaining production records and daily reports
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team environment
