Kalpa Electrikal Pvt Ltd is looking for a Production Assistant to join our manufacturing team in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute production activities as per the production plan
• Train and guide operators on production processes
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production
• Manage manpower efficiently as per operational requirements
• Monitor production schedules and daily output
• Support production planning and process improvement initiatives

Eligibility:
🎓 Education: B.Tech / B.E. (Any Specialization)
