PRODUCTION & SOURCING HEAD

ORINN is a premium, fabric-first contemporary clothing brand.
We are looking for an experienced Production & Sourcing Head to build and manage our sourcing and production ecosystem, ensuring the highest standards of quality, execution, cost and timely delivery.
THE ROLE
You will own the complete journey from approved sample → vendor allocation → production → quality control → final delivery, while building a strong network of premium manufacturers and suppliers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead end-to-end production and sourcing for Men’s & Women’s wear.
* Build and manage a strong network of reliable, premium manufacturing partners.
* Source and onboard vendors capable of delivering international-quality garments.
* Manage production planning, capacity, costing, negotiations and delivery timelines.
* Allocate styles to the right manufacturers based on product capability and quality.
* Work closely with the Creative, Fabric & Product Development and Technical teams.
* Ensure approved samples, fabrics, measurements and construction are maintained in bulk.
* Establish and monitor quality standards and production processes.
* Conduct vendor evaluations, factory visits and regular production reviews.
* Identify and resolve production issues proactively.
* Ensure timely execution of sampling and bulk production.
* Drive efficiency without compromising ORINN’s quality and premium positioning.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
* 10–15+ years of experience in apparel production, sourcing and vendor management.
* Strong experience with large international / premium fashion brands.
* Experience with brands such as ZARA, UNIQLO, H&M, Mango, Massimo Dutti, Ralph Lauren or comparable global brands is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of both Men’s & Women’s apparel.
* Excellent knowledge of garment manufacturing, quality, costing and production processes.
* Strong network of capable manufacturers and suppliers.
* Proven experience managing multiple vendors and production at scale.
* Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
* Excellent understanding of quality standards and international production practices.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving and execution skills.
* Must be hands-on, accountable and highly process-driven.
MOST IMPORTANT
We are looking for someone who has actually managed production and sourcing for established, quality-driven brands—not someone whose experience is limited to coordinating with local vendors.
The ideal candidate should bring international production discipline + strong Indian manufacturing relationships + commercial understanding.
